Updating Order Settings

You can configure your order settings with Rivo Loyalty to define how points on orders are awarded. With these settings, you can exclude tax, shipping and any applied discounts.



From the dashboard, go to Settings

Under Order Settings, click Configure.

Here is a direct link to the Order Settings page.

These are the available options for how points on orders are calculated:

Subtotal: This is the value of the order before tax & shipping are applied. This is selected by default and cannot be unselected.
Exclude coupon discounts used: Checking this means that discounts are ignored when points are calculated.
Include taxes: Checking this means that taxes paid are included when points are calculated.
Include shipping: Checking this means that the shipping paid is included when points are calculated.
