Transferring and migrating your customers and points from Smile/Yotpo to Rivo Loyalty

Migrating from Smile

To import your loyalty members to our app from another Shopify app like Smile, you'll need a CSV export of your data from that app. Depending on the provider you're currently using, you can easily export your customers out. Smile has some instructions on how to export your Loyalty members here. We've also outlined the steps below.

Open the Smile dashboard to the customers page

Click the Export Customers button , Smile will email you a CSV file of your customers within a few minutes

Next, navigate to the import page of your Rivo Loyalty dashboard

Click Choose file and upload your smile CSV file

The import should start and you should see your customers now appear with their points balances on the Customers page. If anywhere along the way you need a hand, start a chat with our team and we'll make sure everything goes smoothly!

Migrating from Yotpo

To import your loyalty members from Yotpo, you'll need to get the CSV export of your loyalty members. Here's some instructions from their help center on how to export your Loyalty members, we've also outlined the steps below.

Open the Yotpo dashboard to the customers page

Click the Export Customers button and yotpo will email you a CSV file of your customers within a few minutes

Next, navigate to the import page of your Rivo Loyalty dashboard

Click Choose file and upload your yotpo CSV file
