The Analytics pages for the Loyalty and Referrals Programs have a handy Date Range filter located to the top right of each Program infographic. There are many date range filters to choose from or you can choose custom dates! Use these date ranges to break down your Analytics data even further.

Loyalty Program Analytics

From the Loyalty dashboard, go to Analytics > Points. Here you can keep track of how many Loyalty Program members have been added, when points are earned and spent, and which rewards are the most popular. The Loyalty Program Analytics page is divided into four sections:

Members: This shows how many members have been added. The timeline displays signup activity based on the date range chosen.

Points Volume: This shows the total points earned and spent by all of your Loyalty Program members. The timeline displays all points activity. The purple bar indicates 'Earned Points' and the blue bar indicates 'Points Spent.'

Referral Program Analytics

From the Loyalty dashboard, go to Analytics > Referrals. The Referrals Program Analytics page is divided into three sections, each with its own timeline:

Revenue attributed to referred customers: This shows the revenue generated from customers who were referred by a friend.

Referrals completed: This shows the number of completed referrals for the time selected.
