Creating prompts for your Loyalty program enables more opportunities for your customers to engage with your loyalty program. Types of prompts and popups

There's 3 types of prompts and popups for your store. On each of the prompts you can customize the icon (upload your own), title, body and button text to match your brand!



1. Boosting member signups

This prompt encourages visitors (guests) to sign up for your loyalty program. It will show on the first page view for any new visitor on your store, and any subsequent page they visit unless they click join now, or close the popup.

2. Boosting points engagement

This prompt encourages members to spend their points on the cart page. It will show when a customer is signed in to their account, are on the cart page and have points to spend.

3. Boosting reward engagement

This prompt encourages members to redeem their rewards on the cart page. It will show when a customer is on the cart page, signed in to their account and has a reward available to use in their account.

Creating your first prompt



From the your Loyalty Dashboard, click Growth Tools

Click Loyalty Prompts

Toggle the prompts ON or OFF

Click into the prompt to customize the copy and icon branding.

Tip: For a custom icon, the optimal icon or image size is 60px x 60px.

Now you're ready to launch your prompt! Simply turn it on and preview it on your website to see how it looks. By turning it on, your prompt will be visible to all your customers.

Checking how your prompt is performing



On the prompts page of the app you can see how your prompts are performing in terms of amount of views the prompt has (how many customers saw the prompt) and the amount of times the button was clicked or engaged with.

Common questions

How do I remove a prompt?
To remove a prompt, toggle the on/off switch on the prompts settings page.

Why is my prompt icon is not updating in the live preview?
To see the updated icon, click the preview button in the top right corner, the updated icon will show on your website.
