Individual Adjustment

From the Dashboard, go to Customers.

Click on the account that you want to adjust.

Under the Loyalty Points section, click Edit balance.

Enter the points manually on the given field.

If you intend to deduct points instead of adding points, enter a negative number.

Optional: Enter a reason for the adjustment. This will only be seen by you.

Leave a comment that will be visible to the customer. You can use the default comment or create your own by choosing Custom comment.

Once you are satisfied with your settings, click Adjust Points Balance.

Wait a few seconds for the confirmation that the customer's points were updated.

The updated loyalty points will then be visible in the customer's account.

Common Questions

Is it also possible to import the points that my customers have from another app?
If you can export the points from your current app to a CSV file, then this should be no problem!

Can the app automatically adjust points on canceled/refunded orders?
Currently, this is not possible. However, it has been noted and added to our Product Roadmap, where you can add your vote for this feature!

Is it possible to allow my customers to redeem a reward online and then use that as a voucher or a coupon to be spent on the physical store?
The app is not currently POS compatible or able to redeem rewards for purchases in a physical store. The points and rewards can only be obtained and used by your customers when they sign in to their account online, and only through the app.
